The team continues to accept new patients in this geographic area that are not registered with a family physician. If you do not have a family physician, you are encouraged to call Health Care Connect at 1-800-445-1822. This Ontario government service refers people without a family health care provider to a family doctor or a nurse practitioner who is accepting new patients in their community. Health Care Connect will forward your information to the North Renfrew Family Health Team.
