Governance

A voluntary Board of Directors governs the Deep River and District Hospital, three appointed and nine elected members, including representatives from the Medical Staff and a range of diversities who live in our communities. The Board meets the third Wednesday of each month except July and August. Meetings are held at the Deep River and District Hospital at 7 p.m.

Everyone welcome during the open portion of the agenda of the regularly-scheduled Board of Directors Meetings. Due to space limitations, those wishing to attend must inform the office of the CEO at least two days in advance of a meeting.

Annual General Meetings of the Corporation are held each June. Purchase Memberships - $5.00/person at the adminstration office Mon-Fri 9am- 3pm.
