Strategic Direction #1: Enhance Quality Management and Patient Safety initiatives.
Goal #1: Implementation of a Quality Management and Process Improvement program within each major department of the organization.
Goal #2: Fulfill all requirements to ensure compliance with Excellent Care for All Act and new Long Term care Legislation.
Strategic Direction # 2: Strengthen Our Health Care Service Delivery.
Goal #3: Prepare a facility plan to support current and future space requirements of an evolving community primary-care delivery system.
Goal #4: Enable every resident in the catchment area of the Hospital to have access to primary care through a primary health care professional.
Goal # 5: Improve access to and awareness of community-based resources to help individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse problems
Strategic Direction # 3: Strengthen our Winning Team through a Comprehensive Human Resources Strategy.
Goal #6: Secure renewal of all collective labour agreements within local and provincial mandates.
Goal #7: Complete an organizational Human Resources Plan that addresses major people issues affecting the organization’s ability to deliver on its strategy.

Goal #8: Meet all requirements of our 2011-12 Hospital Service Accountability Agreement (H-SAA) with the Champlain LHIN.
Goal #9: Increase external revenue generation from organizational operations.

Goal #10: Develop and document an operational model for more integrated health-care planning and delivery at a rural community level.
Goal #11: Demonstrate community health benefit from formal partnership agreements with CHEO and PRH
