Deep River and District Hospital is committed to furthering the partnership between the Hospital and the client/those we serve as we work to ensure that our health services are as person-centred as possible.

We commit to delivering our healthcare services always respecting the following Rights you have as a Patient:

1. Your Right …. to a quality and safe healthcare experience while in this facility.

2. Your Right ….. to be treated with Respect and Dignity.

3. Your Right …. to be Informed.

4. Your Right ….. to Participate.

5. Your Right … to Privacy and Confidentiality.

6. Your Right …. to have a Voice.

If you believe that any of your Patient Rights have not been respected by our staff during your visit, please provide feedback or details to the Chief Executive Officer by letter or using the feedback form provided, directly by e-mail to CEO@drdh.org, or by telephone to 613-584-3333, ext 132.

As a patient using our services, we also require you to commit to the following Patient Responsibilities:
