The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a tool that translates an organization's mission and strategy into a comprehensive set of performance measures that provides the framework for a strategic measurement and management system.
The Balanced Scorecard is an approach for driving organizational improvement toward pre-selected goals to keep track of progress through carefully selected measures.
The result is a set of carefully selected measures derived from and linked to an organization's core strategies. The measures for the scorecard represent a tool for communicating the outcomes and performance drivres by which an organization will achieve its mission and strategic objectives.
DRDH is dedicated to transparency and making reports easily understood and accessible by everyone -- that's why we include % marks in each quadrant. The percentage is based on ALL of the indicators pertaining to the quadrant.
We've included notes about SOME of the indicators related to each quadrant. We've chosen these items to display because based on the current environment these indicators for the quarter in each quadrant have our attention.
