Youth Dedicated COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics

3-6-2021

Renfrew County and District Health Unit (RCDHU) is sharing details regarding dedicated clinics being held for individuals ages 12 to 17 (must be 12 years of age as of the date of vaccination), and any individuals who are 18 years of age, or turning 18 and are returning to secondary school/high school.

Dedicated youth clinics will be held the weeks of June 14 and June 21 and appointments can be booked at Renfrew County – COVID Vaccination Clinic Registration.

We do encourage youth to attend with a support person as required; however, due to low vaccine supply the support person of youth attending these clinics will not be able to receive a vaccination unless extra doses become available. However, please continue to monitor the booking site for general population appointment availability. For details specific to vaccination registration and appointments (i.e., what you need to bring), visit the COVID-19 Vaccine – Youth (ages 12-17) Information Sheet.

Dedicated youth clinics will also be held in August for second doses. These will be available to book into once June clinics are complete.

ONLY if a person is unable to book online, they can call RCDHU at 613-735-9724 or 1-800-267- 1097, Ext. 200. Residents are asked to leave one message with their name and phone number, and someone will return their call as soon as possible.
