Renfrew County and District Health Unit (RCDHU) and partners would like to thank the residents of Renfrew County and District (RCD) for providing feedback that cancelling vaccination appointments is challenging. Based on this feedback, RCDHU and partners have revised the process for the public to cancel their own appointment starting today.
There are now three options to cancel your vaccination appointment:
- Follow the cancellation process in your original vaccination appointment email.
- Access the new COVID-19 Vaccination Cancellation page through the Renfrew County - COVID Vaccination Clinic Registration link found on RCDHU's COVID-19 Vaccine Rollout Page. Submit your name, the date and time of your appointment, and the other fields requested, and your appointment will be cancelled.
- Call RCDHU at 613-732-3629, ext. 203.
