  1. Your Deep River & District Hospital MRN number
    (located on the top of your billing statement)
  2. The balance owed on your bill

To deposit funds for a Four Seasons Lodge Resident you will need:

  1. The First and Last Name of the resident
  2. The amount of money you wish to deposit
  3. Your credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard and VISA/Debit
