Janna Hotson

President & Chief Executive Officer | Administrator

Janna is a dedicated healthcare leader and Registered Nurse with a Master’s degree in Health Administration. She holds the Certified Health Executive (CHE) designation from the Canadian College of Health Leaders and brings extensive experience in healthcare leadership across a variety of roles. Janna is passionate about advancing quality and system improvements in healthcare delivery. In addition to her role as President and CEO of Deep River & District Health, she contributes to broader healthcare excellence as a surveyor with Accreditation Canada and an assessor for the College of Nurses of Ontario’s Quality Assurance Program.

William Willard

Executive Vice-President & Chief Financial Officer

William is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with an Honours degree in Accounting and a strong commitment to person-centred leadership. With a focus on rural and multi-sector care, William brings a broad perspective to healthcare finance and system integration. In his role as Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer at Deep River & District Health, William leads major infrastructure and capital development initiatives across long-term care, primary care, and acute care.

Meagen Boisvenue

Vice President of Clinical Services & Chief Nursing Executive

Meagen is a Registered Nurse with a Master’s degree in Health Management and is currently completing a Doctor of Nursing through the University of Toronto. She also holds the designation of Certified Health Executive (CHE) from the Canadian College of Health Leaders. Meagen brings extensive leadership experience across hospital, long-term care, and home care settings, with a strong focus on clinical excellence and person-centred care. In her role as Vice President of Clinical Services and Chief Nursing Executive, Meagen supports clinical quality and performance across the Deep River & District Health campus, while championing nursing practice, professional development, and integrated care delivery.
