Women’s Sexual Assault Centre of Renfrew County: Offers crisis support, counselling, and advocacy for survivors of sexual violence.

Suicide Crisis Helpline: 9-8-8 – Provides help for those dealing with thoughts of suicide, or those worried about someone else.
