Whether they are a patient in the hospital or a resident of Four Seasons Lodge long-term care home, there are several ways you can get in touch.


Direct Room Extensions

Each patient room in our inpatient unit is equipped with a telephone and assigned extension. If you know the room extension, you can dial it directly by calling the main number (613-584-3333) and then entering the appropriate extension.

When you call, please be prepared to provide the full name of the individual you are trying to reach. For privacy reasons, our team may not be able to confirm admission details but can assist in connecting your call when possible.

Send an E-Card

Brighten someone’s day with a personalized e-card. Deep River & District Health offers a free e-card service to help you stay connected with loved ones during their stay. Simply submit your message through our secure online form, and our team will print your card and deliver it to the recipient.

How it Works:

  • E-cards are delivered Monday to Friday during regular business hours.
  • This service is available for hospital inpatients and residents of Four Seasons Lodge long-term care home.
  • If the recipient has been discharged or is no longer at our facility before delivery, the card will be securely discarded.
  • Messages are printed and hand-delivered. While we take every precaution to safeguard your privacy, please avoid including sensitive or confidential information; treat it like a postcard.

Sending an e-card is a simple way to show you care and bring a smile to someone’s day.
