Quality

At Four Seasons Lodge Long-Term Care Home, we are dedicated to providing safe, compassionate, person-centred care that supports the dignity, comfort, and well-being of every resident.

As part of our commitment to quality, we track and evaluate key performance indicators that help us assess how well we are meeting the needs of our residents and their families.

By sharing this information, we aim to be transparent about our performance and accountable in our pursuit of continuous improvement. These indicators reflect critical aspects of long-term care, such as resident satisfaction and inspection findings, and help guide our efforts to enhance resident’s experience each day.

Below, you’ll find important measures that highlight our progress and the areas where we’re focusing our quality improvement efforts.

Resident Satisfaction Surveys

Resident satisfaction surveys provide important insight into how residents and their families feel about their experience at Four Seasons Lodge. These surveys cover topics such as care quality, meals, cleanliness, safety, and overall satisfaction. Feedback from these surveys helps inform our planning and drive improvements that matter most to residents and their loved ones.

Long-Term Care Continuous Quality Improvement Reports

As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, Four Seasons Lodge participates in the development and monitoring of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Reports. These reports track progress on quality initiatives, safety indicators, and service enhancements.
