Message to Patients of Dr. Corrigan
Dr. Corrigan will be closing her practice effective October 27, 2023. She will be available for phone appointments from September 13, 2023 until October 27, 2023.
Dr. Corrigan will provide a one-year supply of medication refills. Please ask your pharmacy to fax a request for refills to the North Renfrew Family Health Team office.
Unfortunately, at this time there are no Doctors or Nurse Practitioners accepting patients in the clinic.

Message to Patients
The North Renfrew Family Health Team is now accepting requests for both “Virtual” and “In-Clinic” appointments.
There are some instances where a virtual (telephone) appointment will meet your needs and your busy lifestyle. The “In-Clinic” appointments are available for more complex procedures and vaccinations. All clinical appointments can be arranged through the FHT Receptionist by calling 613-584-1037 or by clicking here to access the online booking platform. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please contact the FHT office prior to your appointment.
Service Summary
The FHT provides access to a number of primary health care services from family doctors, nurse practitioners, registered practical nurses, social workers, dietitians and other allied health professionals who work collaboratively to deliver patient-centered care. Each member of our interdisciplinary team utilizes their experience and skills so that you, the patient, receive the very best care when you need it.
What to Bring
If you have an “In-clinic” appointment please bring your most recent list of medications, your current Health Card and a list of questions for your doctor with you to your appointment.
If your Health Card has expired, please visit the Service Ontario website or a Service Ontario office to renew your Health Card. After you have received your new Health Card, please call us so we can update our records.
Pap Tests for Those with No Family Doctor or Nurse Practitioner
In partnership with a number of health care providers across the Ottawa Valley Ontario Health Team, the North Renfrew Family Health Team is now offering pap tests for people who don't have a family doctor or access to a nurse practitioner.
