FAMILY HEALTH TEAM
Opportunities exist for new physicians to build their roster in our Family Health Team. We offer a collaborative approach to care, working with Nurse Practitioners and Integrated Health Professionals.
The North Renfrew Family Health Team offers a wide variety of programs and services to patients, and is comprised of Physicians and Nurse Practitioners who are supported by a dedicated clinical and administrative team. The Family Health Team is a fully electronic medical record group utilizing Telus Practice Solutions. This medical practice is a turn-key operation.
Members of the North Renfrew Family Health Team are employees of the Deep River and District Hospital. Physicians practicing within the Family Health Team pay no monthly overhead payment. Medical supplies, staffing costs, EMR licensing, and IT costs are all covered by the organization.

In addition to primary care, physicians have the opportunity to not only provide office care within the North Renfrew Family Health Team, but to also provide care in the Emergency Department, Long-Term Care and Inpatient care.
