Our organization is embarking on an exciting process to determine our priorities for the next five years, and we need your help!
Today, we are kicking off the strategic planning process and we are inviting our community to be part of this journey and help us determine the future direction for our health campus.
In 2018, the Deep River and District Hospital, North Renfrew Family Health Team, and Four Seasons Lodge Long-Term Care Home released our collective strategic plan committing to a new vision, mission, and service mandate.
Since then, DRDH has undergone substantial changes to continue to provide care and address the needs of our community and health system.
A lot has changed since we adopted our last strategic plan in 2018, including moving forward with developments that will soon see a new primary care building and new 96-bed long-term care home on our health campus. Now is the time to create a new path forward in partnership with our community.
Throughout the month of May, surveys will be available to any member of our community and can be accessed by visiting drdhstrategy.ca or by scanning a QR code on printed posters around Deep River.
By filling in the short survey, you can provide valuable insights into the development of our strategic plan for 2023-2027. As we improve and enhance services for our community, your opinions and feedback will be critical to our success.
The survey should take 7 minutes to complete, and all responses will remain anonymous and confidential. All information collected will be used solely to inform the strategic plan.
