Please note that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic that our clinic will be doing things differently to help contain the spread of COVID-19 and keep our patients safe. Our goal is to minimize potential exposure to as many people as possible, while freeing up resources to attend to those who require urgent care.

This includes physical, preventative care visits, pap tests, prescription renewals, sick notes, test result follow up.

  • Prescription renewals: please contact your pharmacy to extend your renewals. If this is not possible please have them fax a request to our office.
  • Sick notes: please note the government introduced legislation whereby your employer cannot ask for a doctor’s note if you missed work due to COVID-19 (back dates to January 25, 2020)

If you have an appointment scheduled currently, you will be contacted to cancel or amend this appointment to a virtual appointment.
  • If from your virtual appointment it is decided that you will require an in person visit this will be arranged at the time of the virtual appointment
