Service Summary

Offering comprehensive, detailed individual assessments and treatment plans for: post-surgical rehabilitation, manual therapy, sports injuries, acute and chronic conditions, back and neck care, bracing, exercise prescription, gait analysis and falls prevention, custom compression stockings, cardio exercise equipment memberships, ADP assessments for walkers, and more. Bilingual services are available and physician referrals are not always necessary.

 

What to Bring

Physician referral (if applicable), any test or imaging results you may have, shorts or tank top (depending on body part being assessed).

 

For motor vehicle accidents: insurance claim or policy number, adjuster’s name and contact information.

 

WSIB: you will need your claim number and pre-approval from WSIB for physio treatment.

What to Expect

Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete necessary forms.

 

Your first visit usually takes 45 minutes to an hour and follow ups are scheduled for 20-30 minutes. * 24 hours of notice is required for cancellations to avoid a charge*

GLA:D Program

The GLA:D Canada program is starting on September 11, 2017. GLA:D Canada is an 8-week education and exercise program for those with stiff and/or painful knees and/or hips, or those with knee and/or hip osteoarthritis. Contact the Physiotherapy Department to register - there is no referral needed!
